Injection moulding
The ORPAL Company offers the services of plastic material injection on the injection moulding machines with the following features:
- closing force from 50 – 250 tons
- injection moulds’ maximum dimensions 300 mm x 600 mm
- products with the weight of 1 – 800 grams
Mould making
In our own tool shop we develop, manufacture and maintain all injection moulds, which are used in our production. Through many years of operation, we have gained a lot of experience and knowledge, which enables a high quality and reliable products.
Today, the company carries a full service of development and production of moulds and devices for thermoplastic injection.
